PRO IMPACT by Andreani
PRO-IMPACT was created to allow anyone to easily tune mountain bike forks on the market with stanchion diameters from 32 to 36 mm, optimizing their performance based on the terrain and riding style. It is the result of years of research into the interactions between air and polymers.
PISTON KITS
Leveraging experience gained in the Superbike World Championship, Motocross, Enduro, Supermoto, and MotoGP, the Andreani Group has developed a revolutionary Piston Kit specifically for Mountain Bike forks. Developed in collaboration with the renowned Swedish suspension manufacturer Öhlins, this system offers greater progression and better sensitivity compared to standard forks. This results in a less tiring ride—especially for the forearms—as well as increased precision and safety. The kit is available at specialized Andreani Group Centers, where it is custom-installed based on the rider’s style and weight. It includes an Ergal piston equipped with shims and special oil ports, high-performance MTB-specific oil that prevents foaming even during intensive use, and two different settings (firm and intermediate) to handle most terrains.

Built with the same renowned quality as the German manufacturer’s automotive and motorcycle products, the SKF high-flow MTB-specific oil seal range—distributed exclusively by the Andreani Group—significantly improves the smoothness and sensitivity of Fox, Öhlins, X-Fusion, RockShox, Marzocchi, and DT Swiss forks. As a direct replacement for original seals, they feature an innovative compound that ensures perfect self-lubrication under any operating conditions, even after hours of intensive use. The design and sealing characteristics of the materials used guarantee perfect oil retention while providing maximum protection against external contaminants. This enhances fork performance by reducing friction, directly benefiting the riding experience.
SPRINGS
Crafted from low-density Grade 5 Titanium, the highly acclaimed Ti-Springs for MTB shocks are 25% lighter than traditional steel springs. They are more reliable, corrosion-resistant, and guarantee better rear-end sensitivity while simultaneously reducing leg fatigue. They are available in various diameters, spring rates, and lengths for all major MTB shock models.
ANDREANI MTB FORK OIL
Andreani Group has developed a specific SAE 7.5 high-flow, anti-friction oil, available in 1⁄2 liter bottles. It is designed for the overhaul and tuning of all MTB forks, thanks to its excellent lubricating properties that remain consistent even under the most intensive use.
